Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent for a part-time position at our Burwood hotel. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-ins, and handle enquiries with professionalism at the front desk.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a busy hotel environment, with shifts including weekends and public holidays. Local area knowledge is a plus.

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Crowne Plaza Sydney Burwood. This part-time role will be based at our hotel in Burwood, NSW 2134 and will involve providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
