Crowne Plaza Sydney Airport in Mascot, NSW is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, handle inquiries, and provide local knowledge to enhance the stay.

Ideal candidates have experience in premium hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working rights in Australia are required; shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and resolve issues.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a premium hotel or within travel industry
• Qualifications in Hotel Management would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hotel systems such as Opera PMS
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
