Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and beyond.
• Handle a range of front office tasks including reservations and guest accounts.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests and internal stakeholders.
• Answer phone calls professionally following brand standards.
• Reconcile cashier floats at the end of shifts.
