Four Seasons Sydney seeks a Part-Time Communications Agent in the Rooms Division. You will be the first voice guests hear, delivering warmth and professionalism and connecting guests with hotel services throughout their stay.

The role requires linking guests with hotel departments, providing accurate information, coordinating requests, and maintaining high standards of service. A rotating roster including weekends and evenings is expected.

• Monitor emergency communication procedures.
• Support Front Office in delivering memorable experiences.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
