Job summary

PERSOL Australia in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team on a full-time basis. You will support customers, manage enquiries and bookings, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and keep customers informed throughout the process.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, knowledge of the freight industry, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proven ability to work under time constraints while delivering

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environment.
• Experience or knowledge of freight industry is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Capable of working under time/resource constraints and meeting deadlines.
