Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Mascot

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for supporting customers, managing enquiries and bookings, and providing timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with internal teams to coordinate requests, resolve issues and keep customers informed throughout the process. This is a busy and varied role where strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate, timely information.
  • Managing bookings, requests and changes efficiently.
  • Assisting customers with delays, issues and service disruptions.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and booking information across internal systems.
  • Processing relevant documentation and ensuring information is recorded correctly.
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate customer requests and resolve issues.
  • Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, contact centre or a similar customer-facing environment.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the freight industry will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • The ability to work under time and resource constraints while meeting deadlines.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
