Qualifications

• Experience in global freight forwarding operations and/or customer service.
• Experience with reporting systems to track shipment volumes and status.
• Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment processing to meet client requirements.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance excellence across ABF, AQIS, RACA, COR, quarantine directions and customs regulations.
• Monitor shipping line issues, minimize revenue leakage and address accounts receivable as required.
• Support client onboarding and cross-functional implementation with SOPs and information management.
