Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and CRM systems
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on critical deliveries
• Liaise with carriers to investigate and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain records across HubSpot, MachShip, and internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations
• Build relationships with customers through proactive communication
