Job summary

Mounties Care Mobility & Independence in Osborne Park, WA, seeks a Franchise Manager to support a national franchising business with stores across Victoria and WA.

You will partner with franchise owners to lift store performance, oversee brand standards, and drive sales, margins and customer experience through coaching, data analysis and effective merchandising.

Travel across states is required; the role offers full-time hours and a chance to shape multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs.
• Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into action.
• Organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• Willing to provide a criminal record check as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with franchisees to grow sales, margin and overall profitability.
• Analyse store performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Support product mix, merchandising, promotions and seasonal execution across stores.
• Coach and influence store teams to improve key retail metrics.
• Visit stores regularly to assess standards, compliance and operational execution.
• Ensure strong in-store practices across stock management, merchandising and replenishment.
• Identify performance gaps and work with franchise partners to implement improvement plans.
• Build trusted relationships with franchise owners and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Act as the key communication link between head office and the franchise network.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements through audits and follow-up.
• Support new store openings, refurbishments and onboarding of new franchise partners.
• Provide insights on risks, opportunities and overall network performance.
