Job summary

Private Advertiser in Perth, WA is seeking a State Operations Manager to drive performance across our store network. You will partner with the leadership team to lift sales, standards and people capability while overseeing multi-site operations.

Based in Perth with travel to metro and regional stores, you will develop leaders, manage staff with HR, and influence how the business runs in a fast-paced retail environment open seven days.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar multi-site or operations management role.
• High-level business acumen, with a track record of driving performance and staff development.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
• Confident working with HR on staffing, performance and compliance matters.
• Experience in the tooling industry is highly regarded.
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
• Retail business open 7 days, some weekend work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the current leadership team to manage staff and drive store performance.
• Identify and develop the next generation of leaders.
• Oversee staff management, working closely with HR.
• Drive sales, operational standards and accountability across all locations.
• Cover includes metro stores from Butler to Rockingham, with travel to Regional stores.
