Job summary

Soul Origin is seeking an Area Manager/Franchise Business Consultant to lead and develop Franchise Partners across NSW. The role combines hands-on operational oversight with strategic partnerships to grow the network and drive sales.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in multi-site franchising, hospitality experience, and a passion for coaching. Flexibility, travel between stores, and a commitment to compliance and training are essential for success in this fast-paced brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years multi-site / franchising experience
• A background in hospitality or food and beverage essential
• The ability to travel between stores within NSW
• Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profit
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Ability to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check

Responsibilities

• Supporting Franchise Partners across stores in NSW, including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers daily
• Partnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategies
• Supporting New Store Openings as part of our growing network
• Completing store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areas
• Ensuring obligations to legal, WHS, Fair Work, Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on, then consistently met in the stores
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Franchise Partners
• Partnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketing
• Supporting the recruitment of in-store team members as required
• Building long lasting, supportive and professional relationships with all stakeholders within the region
