This role requires proven multi-site management, people leadership, and a sales-driven mindset. Regular interstate travel and a strong focus on outcomes are essential.

• Drive store performance across the franchise network, improving sales, profitability and average transaction value.
• Maintain high store standards and ensure consistency across locations.
• Build and implement improved systems as we scale the network.
• Coach, train and develop franchisees, managers and staff.
• Develop strong franchisee relationships with accountability and trust.
• Support new store openings with planning, training and operations setup.
