Bakers Delight is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of bakeries and drive commercial performance across franchise partners in Australia. You will use P&L data and sales metrics to identify opportunities, build plans and deliver growth while visiting sites and supporting partners.

Qualifications

• Commercial leadership with P&L experience.
• Ability to analyse sales and performance data.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance across a portfolio using P&L and data to drive outcomes.
• Navigate complex situations and balance priorities.
• Support growth plans, new openings, acquisitions and changeovers.
• Collaborate with National Support Office to improve performance and customer experience.
• Spend time in bakeries to stay close to operations.
