Job summary

O-Studio Oz Pty Ltd in Queensland is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive growth by converting high-potential inquiries into booked Information Sessions and a strong franchise pipeline. You’ll be the first voice many prospects hear, reporting to the General Manager and collaborating with the leadership team to refine outreach.

This role is phone-based, fast-paced and target-driven, with ownership over outbound campaigns, lead qualification, and nurturing strategies to fuel

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in outbound sales or lead qualification.
• Confident phone manner with strong rapport-building.
• Proven follow-up discipline and conversion results.
• Organised with ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred.
• Interest in wellness or franchising is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound contact with priority franchise enquiries by phone, SMS and email.
• Qualify prospects on investment capacity, motivation, location and timing.
• Book Information Sessions and drive attendance.
• Follow up no-shows and rebook.
• Run nurture campaigns for prospects not yet ready to proceed.
• Hand over prepared prospects to the GM and support Discovery Days.
• Report weekly on calls, contacts, qualified leads, bookings, show rates and conversion.
• Bring fresh ideas to lift contact rates, lead quality, scripts and conversion.
