The role combines sales coordination, relationship management and active selling, with responsibility for CRM, reporting and maintaining a scalable sales process to drive predictable new business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration, account management or a similar client-facing commercial role.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end management of inbound sales enquiries, from initial contact to conversion.
• Monitor and manage incoming enquiries across email, website forms, social media and referrals.
• Respond to enquiries within the agency's agreed response timeframe and qualify prospects based on business needs.
