Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support a high-performing sales team. The role involves customer service, sales support, CRM management, quotations, event coordination and stakeholder engagement in Brisbane.

You will help maintain records, coordinate events and proposals, and nurture customer relationships within a fast-paced national business. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales coordination or support, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple

Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational abilities.
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documentation (50%+ of the role).
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Support lead generation and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate customer events, training sessions and demonstrations.
• Assist with presentations, reporting and sales administration.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day support to a busy and collaborative sales team.
