Craveable Brands’ Oporto division is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to partner with restaurant franchisees across Australia. You will coach multi-site teams, drive profitability, oversee store openings and ensure brand standards while travelling frequently across the network.

Key focus on leadership, commercial acumen, and business partnering with franchisees to deliver growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a small business or working in casual dining/QSR environment.
• Proven retail operations knowledge and ability to identify trends to drive profitability.
• Experience in business partnering, coaching and supporting others in a business setting.
• Supportive and transformational leadership and coaching style.
• Experience in multi-site management.

Responsabilités

• Review financial and operational reporting of restaurants to identify trends and opportunities to drive sales.
• Drive restaurant profitability through commercial and operational initiatives.
• Coach and support franchisees and restaurant teams in operations and leadership.
