Job summary

Domino's Pizza Enterprises is seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator to help identify the next generation of Franchise Partners across Australia and New Zealand. You will support a team of Development Specialists, guiding candidates through early stages, assessing fit, and coordinating the recruitment process.

In this highly visible role, you will engage with internal stakeholders across Operations, Property, Finance and Legal, manage pipelines, and contribute to franchise growth strategies

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, stakeholder-focused or coordination-based role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Curiosity and ability to ask thoughtful questions.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for franchise enquiries across Australia and New Zealand.
• Conduct initial suitability discussions with prospective Franchise Partners.
• Assess candidates' background, motivations and commercial fit.
• Coordinate interviews, orientation activities, and recruitment stages.
• Support franchise resales, transfers and development transactions.
• Partner with Operations, Property, Finance and Legal.
