You will proactively build a pipeline of qualified prospects, engage business owners, and guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or New Business Development role.
• Demonstrated success driving new business growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation and pipeline management capabilities.
• Experience conducting discovery conversations, presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative national team.
• Experience within franchising, trades, construction, services or related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and engage prospective plumbing and electrical businesses across Australia.
• Develop and execute lead generation and business development strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
