Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Foot & Ankle team in Perth, WA. No prior medical device sales experience is required. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff, delivering product demos, clinical support in theatres, and ongoing customer education.

The role focuses on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving market share while developing within a global MedTech leader. Travel within Perth and surrounding territories is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or healthcare-facing roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a target-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and engage new customers.
• High motivation, resilience, and accountability with a willingness to learn clinical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres and assist teams during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases.
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required.
