Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Customer-centric with territory growth capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data to forecast sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share across the Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio in South Perth and regional accounts.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre support and product expertise during procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and support for accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and partner with other Stryker divisions.
• Solve challenges with creativity, agility and commercial acumen.
