Stryker Australia is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Foot & Ankle team in Perth. This field-based sales role offers hands-on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, operating theatres, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility and quality of life.

Ideal for junior sales professionals or allied health graduates, with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and a long-term career in MedTech. Travel across Perth and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Sales, healthcare, allied health, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targets.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and build new customer relationships.
• High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• A willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share across Stryker's Foot & Ankle portfolio
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during procedures
• Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required
