Job summary

Stryker, a global MedTech leader, is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Foot & Ankle team in Perth, WA. This role offers hands-on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, operating theatres, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility and reduce pain.

No prior medical device sales experience is required, only high potential and a customer-focused mindset. You will work with surgeons and hospital staff, driving sales growth, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in selling to healthcare facilities or clinical settings.
• Ability to identify opportunities and deliver value to customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced medical environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share for Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and hospital stakeholders.
• Provide clinical support in operating theatres during procedures.
• Deliver product demonstrations, education and training to customers.
• Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgeries.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships.
• Travel across Perth and surrounding territories as required.
