Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to join the Orthopaedic Instruments team in Melbourne on a 12‑month contract. You'll learn from experienced Territory Managers, build relationships with hospitals, support product trials and help win new business across a territory with strong growth opportunities.

You'll work across capital equipment, consumables and power tools, developing your sales and commercial capability while progressing toward a Territory Manager role within a global

• Build strong relationships across hospitals and healthcare networks across Melbourne CBD & Western Victoria
• Identify new opportunities and support product trials
• Work with everyone from clinical teams to senior decision-makers
• Support capital opportunities and grow consumable sales
• Work alongside experienced Territory Managers to open doors and win business
• Develop the skills and experience to step into a Territory Manager role
