New Shanghai in Chatswood Chase is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead our busy dining floor. You’ll manage service during peak periods, brief and support staff, and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.

NSW RSA certification is required, and you should be comfortable with POS systems and cash handling. 2+ years on-floor supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in a mall or Asian dining setting, and a customer-focused, calm demeanor are essential.

• 2+ years' experience supervising the floor in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• Current NSW RSA required.
• Bilingual with Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain exceptional service.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional presentation.

We’re looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at New Shanghai, located at Chatswood Chase.

Our ideal Floor Supervisor has at least 2 years' experience supervising the floor in a busy, high-volume restaurant, ideally in a shopping centre or Asian dining setting. They lead from the front: running the floor during peak service, briefing and motivating the team, and stepping in wherever they're needed.

About you
