Shangri-La Sydney is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead and inspire the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities include supervising Room Attendants, conducting quality checks, coordinating daily room assignments, and coaching the team. A passion for hospitality, detail orientation, and flexibility (weekends/public holidays) are essential for success in this role.

About the Role

Floor Supervisor (Full Time)

As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Room Attendants on assigned floors
• Conduct quality checks to ensure brand standards are consistently met
• Coordinate daily room assignments and prioritise VIP/special requests
• Provide coaching and training to team members

About You

• Passionate about hospitality and guest service
• Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage (but not essential for all roles)
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
