Job summary

Omni Recruit is recruiting a Hospitality Floor Supervisor for the Darling Square flagship in Haymarket, Sydney. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage busy service periods and guide a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role offers a clear pathway into management, a salary of AU$65K–AU$75K plus super, and easy access by public transport. NSW RSA and First Aid certification, plus full Australian work rights, are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or senior front-of-house experience in a busy venue (CBD or high-volume is a plus).
• Confidence, energy and great people skills.
• Current NSW RSA and First Aid certificates.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Run front-of-house shifts and keep the floor flowing.
• Lead briefings, allocate sections and maintain energy.
• Hands-on support during peak periods.
• Look after guests and resolve issues quickly.
• Manage opening, closing, cash-up and floor checks.
• Train new team members.
• Support management with bookings, groups and functions.

Omni Recruit is working with a much-loved Sydney wing restaurant group, and this role is at their busy Haymarket flagship in Darling Square. It's fast-paced and full of CBD crews, Darling Harbour visitors and loyal regulars. We need a Floor Supervisor who loves a busy service and knows how to lead a team through it.

What you'll be doing

• Running front-of-house shifts and keeping the floor flowing

• Running briefings, allocating sections and keeping energy high

• Getting hands-on through the peaks

• Looking after guests and sorting issues fast

• Managing opening, closing, cash-up and floor checks

• Training new team members

• Supporting management with bookings, groups and functions

What you'll bring

• Supervisor or senior front-of-house experience in a busy venue (CBD or high-volume is a plus)

• POS experience

• A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate
