Job summary

Omni Recruit is partnering with a busy Parramatta venue on Church Street to hire a Hospitality Floor Supervisor. You’ll lead front-of-house operations and ensure service is fast, friendly and consistent.

You’ll train and motivate a young team, run pre-shift briefs, manage guest feedback, and handle openings, closings, cash‑ups and floor checks. A clear path to management awaits the right person.

Qualifications

• Supervisor or senior front‑of‑house experience in a high‑volume venue.
• Calm under pressure with a big‑shift mentality.
• Strong communication and a team‑first attitude.
• A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate.
• Full Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Leading front-of-house shifts and keeping service tight and fast

• Getting hands‑on wherever you’re needed most
• Owning the guest experience and handling feedback on the spot

• Training and a pathway into management

Omni Recruit is working with a wing restaurant on Parramatta's Church Street Eat Street strip, and it's busy in the best way. We're after a Floor Supervisor who thrives on a full house, leads from the front and makes every guest feel like a regular.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading front-of-house shifts and keeping service tight and fast

• Running pre-shift briefings and allocating sections
