You see the big picture, you’ve always worked on a grand scale, and now you’re ready to re-focus on grand impact.
You're able to get the detail right without losing sight of the bigger picture. You find satisfaction in meaningful work, ensuring major services can operate as planned, on-time and on budget.
In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of people change management initiatives across significant transformation programs and projects within Finance, Technology and Commercial (FTC). You will contribute to business readiness and adoption by identifying and managing impacts across people, processes, systems, and customer outcomes, ensuring change is successfully embedded into business operations.
You will work closely with project and program teams, business leaders and change professionals to understand change impacts, gather insights and support the development and implementation of practical change strategies that minimise disruption and enable successful adoption.
You will conduct comprehensive change impact assessments to identify, analyse, and evaluate the people, process, system and organisational impacts of projects and initiatives. You leverage impact insights to shape fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans that support stakeholder readiness, adoption, and successful business outcomes.
You will contribute to the planning and delivery of people change activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness initiatives, helping people and teams navigate change with confidence and clarity.
A key aspect of the role is building strong relationships and supporting engagement across diverse stakeholder groups. You will participate in workshops, engagement sessions and capability development activities that strengthen stakeholder understanding and readiness for change.
Operating with alignment to Transport's Enterprise Change Management Service Model, you will contribute to people change analysis, change management reporting and continuous improvement activities. You will monitor and report on people readiness indicators, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training metrics, providing insights that support project decision-making and continuous improvement.
You will maintain accurate documentation and records of people change management activities, risks and outcomes, ensuring transparency and traceability across initiatives. You will also collaborate with change practitioners and project teams to share insights, contribute lessons learned and support the ongoing maturity of change management practices across Transport.
This is a people and project change role, focused on stakeholder impact, readiness, adoption, and embedding change. It is distinct from ITSM or ITIL change management, which relates to technical change control, release governance, and service management processes.
You are a people change practitioner with experience supporting project, technology, or business improvement initiatives. You enjoy working with people, analysing information, and helping organisations successfully adopt change.
You will bring:
Industry‑recognised relevant professional certification in Change Management such as Prosci® Change Management Certification (preferred) or a related people change management discipline, and/or equivalent demonstrated experience supporting change management initiatives within complex environments.
Qualifications or experience in project delivery, business analysis, organisational change, communications, or related disciplines.
