You will manage customer inquiries, schedule jobs, coordinate technicians, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate attendance dates. Strong organisational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

Competenze

• Experience in scheduling and coordination roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication with clients, technicians and suppliers.
• Proactive problem identification and solution finding.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and service management systems.

• Manage customer inquiries and service administration.
