Komatsu Australia is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator for our Customer Support team at the Fairfield Branch. You will drive field service operations, coordinating technicians, managing service schedules and ensuring timely customer support.

Key tasks include job costing, invoicing and monitoring technician workloads to maximise efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Competenze

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, plant/equipment coordination or a similar operational role.
• Strong understanding of mobile plant, heavy equipment or mechanical service operations.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Commercial awareness including job costing, labour utilisation and work in progress.
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with ownership to get things done.
• Strong computer skills and a current unrestricted driver's licence.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and schedule Resident Service Technicians, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
• Manage servicing, repairs and breakdowns, coordinating labour, parts and resources to keep jobs moving.
• Be the key point of contact for customers and technicians, providing updates and resolving issues along the way.
• Oversee service jobs from start to finish, including job costing, invoicing and accurate record keeping.
• Monitor technician workloads, service performance and work in progress to maximise efficiency.
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and deliver great customer outcomes.
