Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling
• Experience working in a service, logistics or technical environment preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and shared calendars
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service jobs, allocating technicians based on availability, location and skillset
• Manage incoming service communications (calls, emails, service requests) and liaise with customers
• Maintain technician calendars and optimise service schedules for efficiency
• Coordinate purchase orders, service jobs, quotes, and annual service requirements
• Process service-related invoicing and ensure accurate job documentation
• Support the Service Manager and team with administrative and operational tasks
• Assist with compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives in the Service Department
