Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator for their Northern Beaches, Sydney team. You will own maintenance scheduling, coordinate technicians and manage the day-to-day flow of service work across a varied commercial portfolio.

The role requires solid fire protection industry experience, hands-on Uptick knowledge, and strong organisational skills to keep multiple jobs moving while liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fire protection industry – essential.
• Hands-on Uptick experience – essential.
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or service administration.
• Good understanding of fire maintenance and routine testing workflows.
• Strong organisational and communication skills and proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive fire maintenance works.
• Scheduling technicians and subcontractors across multiple commercial sites.
• Managing work orders, scheduling and job close-outs through Uptick.
• Coordinating routine testing and ongoing maintenance schedules.
• Liaising with clients, technicians and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.
• Managing service reports, compliance documentation and client portals.
• Supporting purchase orders, invoicing and general service administration.
