Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Service Coordinator for the fire protection division on Sydney's Northern Beaches. You will own maintenance scheduling, coordinate technicians and manage day-to-day service flows across a varied commercial portfolio.

The role requires fire protection industry experience and hands-on Uptick usage, with strong organisational and proactive communication to keep multiple jobs moving smoothly. This is a permanent, full-time position offering up to $95k plus super.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fire protection industry - essential.
• Hands-on Uptick experience - essential.
• Experience in service coordination, scheduling or service administration.
• Good understanding of fire maintenance and routine testing workflows.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving.
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned, preventive and reactive fire maintenance works.
• Schedule technicians and subcontractors across multiple commercial sites.
• Manage work orders, scheduling and job close-outs through Uptick.
• Coordinate routine testing and ongoing maintenance schedules.
• Liaise with clients, technicians and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.
• Manage service reports, compliance documentation and client portals.
• Support purchase orders, invoicing and general service administration.
