Ideal candidates will have fire industry experience, strong admin skills, and familiarity with UpTick. This role is based in inner Sydney and involves office-based coordination with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience relating to fire maintenance and services.
• Strong administrative skills and experience.
• Proficiency with UpTick software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administrating quotes and orders.
• Scheduling technicians in the field.
• Liaising with clients and facilities managers.
• Ordering parts and stock for service work.
• Reviewing work orders and pricing.
• Compiling documentation for upcoming work.
• Reporting and updating documents for technicians.
