Job summary

Aspire Fire Protection Pty Ltd in Belrose NSW is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our Northern Beaches team. You will manage service bookings, coordinate technicians, and handle job sheets, quotes and invoicing while supporting day-to-day admin.

The role requires experience in the fire protection industry, familiarity with UPTICK, strong teamwork, reliability, and meticulous task completion within deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage service and repair bookings with strata/building managers and tenants.
• Schedule technicians for jobs and follow up on results.
• Handle technicians' job sheets and documentation.
• Prepare quotes and invoices for clients.
• Perform day-to-day admin in coordination with the service team and technicians.
