Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

• Understanding of governance, policy and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing financial and procurement documentation, including requisitions, purchase orders and invoice payments.
• Interpreting and applying procurement and financial policies and procedures.
• Maintaining spreadsheets, registers, reports and departmental systems for project teams.
• Managing records and documentation in line with organisational requirements.
• Providing high-quality customer service and responding to enquiries from stakeholders.
• Supporting local operational functions, including fleet and facilities management.
