Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Confidence using a range of business systems and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing financial and procurement documentation (requisitions, purchase orders, invoice payments, corporate card transactions).
• Interpreting and applying procurement and financial policies and procedures.
• Maintaining spreadsheets, registers, reports and departmental systems for project teams.
• Managing records and documentation in line with organisational requirements.
• Providing high‑quality customer service and responding to enquiries from stakeholders.
• Assisting with local operational functions, including fleet and facilities management.
• Supporting continuous improvement and contributing to a collaborative team.
