RAA's The Garage is building a new Finance Domain and seeks a visionary leader to identify emerging opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, build strategic partnerships, and drive ventures from concept through validation to launch readiness.

As Finance Domain Lead, you'll collaborate with teams across product, design, technology, data and partnerships to shape opportunities, validate concepts, and steer ventures from ideation to launch readiness, while maintaining a relentless

• Significant experience developing new products, propositions or growth opportunities within financial services, insurance or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and emerging trends in finance.
• Experience using customer insight and commercial evidence to shape investment decisions.
• Ability to assess viability and growth potential of opportunities.
• Experience building successful partnerships across stakeholder groups.
• Passion for experimentation and delivering measurable member value.

The Garage is our dedicated growth and incubation centre, created to explore new markets, launch new ventures, and develop the products and services that will shape our future. Designed as a standalone growth engine, it brings together expertise in product, design, technology, data and commercial strategy to rapidly test, learn and scale new opportunities.

As the Finance Domain Lead, you'll have the rare opportunity to build and grow an entirely new financial services domain within The Garage. You'll identify emerging opportunities, shape innovative products and propositions, build strategic partnerships, and lead new ventures from concept through to validation and launch readiness.

Working across strategy, customer insight, product development and commercial growth, you'll combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution to create new sources of value for RAA members. You'll challenge assumptions, test bold ideas, and use evidence and market insights to determine which opportunities should scale, evolve or stop.

About You
