RAA in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Hub to lead the creation of a brand-new enterprise AI capability. The AI Hub will empower teams across RAA to use AI to improve insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. It will help our people work smarter, make better decisions and focus on the work that creates the greatest value.
As the Senior Manager, AI Hub, you'll have the rare opportunity to build this capability from the ground up. You'll establish the operating model, governance and delivery approach for the AI Hub, while leading a portfolio of AI initiatives that improve member experiences, enhance productivity and create measurable business outcomes.
