The Garage at RAA in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth & Incubation to lead the day-to-day operation of the growth and incubation centre. You will oversee a portfolio of ventures, build a high-performing team, and establish governance and investment disciplines to move ideas from concept to scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading innovation, venture building, incubation, strategy or growth functions.
• Track record of turning ideas into validated products, services or businesses.

• Experience engaging senior executives, Boards or governance forums to secure support and funding.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of The Garage and shape how RAA identifies, tests and grows its products and ventures.

Designed as a standalone growth engine, it brings together expertise in product, design, technology, data and commercial strategy to rapidly test, learn and scale new opportunities.

As the Senior Manager, Growth & Incubation, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of The Garage, shaping how RAA identifies, tests and grows its next generation of products, services and businesses. You'll oversee a portfolio of growth opportunities, build a high-performing multidisciplinary team, establish venture governance and investment disciplines, and guide new concepts from idea through to validation and scale.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up, influence strategic investment decisions, and create meaningful value for members, customers and the organisation's future growth. The role combines strategy, venture building, innovation, leadership and commercial acumen in one of the most exciting transformation opportunities in South Australia.
