RAA is looking for an AI Hub Delivery Lead to drive organization-wide AI initiatives from concept to implementation. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders and technology teams to ensure effective delivery and adoption of AI solutions.

The Delivery Lead will enhance member experiences and decision-making by embedding AI across RAA, establishing new capabilities and fostering an environment of agile innovation.

• Full-time permanent position based in Adelaide CBD reporting the Senior Manager AI Hub
• Establish and lead RAA's new AI Hub
• Shape how AI transforms member experiences, employee productivity and business performance

The Role

We're building something new.

RAA is embarking on an ambitious AI-first transformation, embedding artificial intelligence across the organisation to improve insights, reporting, workflows, member journeys and service delivery. Building on trusted data and strong governance foundations, we're establishing a dedicated AI Hub to help teams work smarter, make better decisions and create more value for members.

As the AI Hub Delivery Lead, you'll be at the centre of turning AI ambition into real-world outcomes.

You’ll lead the delivery of AI initiatives across the organisation, taking opportunities from concept through to implementation and adoption. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams and external partners, you’ll coordinate the delivery pipeline, manage competing priorities and ensure AI solutions create measurable impact.

This is a rare opportunity to help build a new enterprise capability from the ground up. You’ll establish delivery rhythms, drive agile ways of working and play a critical role in ensuring AI initiatives move quickly from idea to value. Whether improving operational processes, enhancing member experiences or enabling better decision-making, you’ll help bring AI to life across RAA.

We're looking for someone with:

• Significant experience leading AI, data, digital or business transformation initiatives in complex environments
• A track record of translating strategic ambitions into prioritised portfolios and measurable outcomes
• Experience establishing or leading enterprise capabilities, centres of excellence or transformation functions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence leaders across technology, business, risk and governance functions
• An understanding of responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance frameworks required to scale AI safely and effectively
• A passion for building capability, driving adoption and helping organisations embrace new ways of working
