Job summary

BreatheSafe in Australia is seeking a hands-on Scheduler to coordinate bookings, site visits, and field resources across customers, technicians and warehouse teams.

You will maintain accurate records in NetSuite, provide timely updates, manage orders and delivery schedules, and escalate issues early to keep commitments.

The role is temporary, based at Carole Park, with a Monday-Thursday 6:30am–3:45pm, Friday 6:30am–12:30pm, 9-day fortnight.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, coordination, customer service, operations support or administration.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience coordinating field teams, logistics, freight or warehouse activities.
• Confidence working with ERP or case management systems — NetSuite experience would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer bookings, site visits, training and support activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely updates.
• Schedule field resources and coordinate site access and induction requirements.
• Process and monitor customer orders and maintain accurate records in NetSuite.
• Create and maintain cases, notes, expected ship dates and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams regarding stock availability, freight, deliveries, returns and exchanges.
• Track shipments and follow up delivery and collection activities.
• Monitor scheduling, stock and delivery risks and elevate issues early.
• Triage customer and technical enquiries, resolving what you can and coordinating support where required.
• Work closely with technicians, Customer Service, Scheduling, Operations and warehouse teams to keep activities on track.
• Maintain accurate customer communications and records across relevant systems.
