Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to be based in Sydney. The role involves installation, commissioning, calibration and preventative maintenance on XRF, XRD, and SPE instruments, with up to 80% travel across Australia and internationally (NZ, PNG, New Caledonia).

You will be the key customer-facing representative, performing on-site maintenance, promoting services, and responding to breakdown calls while working a Monday–Friday pattern with nights away and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Advanced diploma or above in Electronics/Mechanical is required.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills essential for success.
• Field service experience preferred; driving license required.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission and calibrate instruments (XRF, XRD, SPE).
• Provide on-site maintenance and repair of instrumentation.
• Promote company services to clients and respond to breakdowns.
• Travel extensively to customer sites (local, interstate and international).
