Job summary

Solenis Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors in Brisbane and surrounding regions. This field-based, B2B role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while promoting premium lubrication products and reliability solutions.

You will meet with owners and managers, demonstrate products, grow a strong sales pipeline, and help customers improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners, maintenance managers, workshop managers, operations managers and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs for customers.
• Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
• Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
