Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek. This field-based role focuses on building strong customer partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding share of wallet across industries.

You will own territory plans and work cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions. You will travel roughly 1–2 weeks per month, nurture relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate renewals and

Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts with focus on retention and growth.
• Strong ability to develop and execute account strategies.
• Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies.
• Excellent communication and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel approximately 1–2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
• Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion's full product and service offering.
• Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner.
• Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
