Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek. You will own key accounts, drive revenue, and build lasting customer partnerships across industries including mining, agriculture, and manufacturing.

You will develop tailored account plans, execute strategies to retain clients, and identify cross-sell opportunities across our hydraulic and pneumatic product range.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with track record of growing revenue
• Experience managing key accounts focusing on retention and growth
• Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
• Strong contract negotiation skills and renewals expertise
• Comfort analysing market trends to adapt strategies

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory
• Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives
• Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet
• Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Motion’s product and service offering
• Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner
• Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions
