Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a commercially driven Customer Relationship Manager to join our external sales team in Kemps Creek. You will own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory, building strong partnerships with key decision-makers across industries including Agriculture, Mining, Oil & Gas, and more.

You will develop tailored account plans, manage renewals, and identify cross-sell opportunities to grow share of wallet.

Qualifications

Commercially driven with proven revenue growth from key accounts.
Experience managing key accounts with retention and growth focus.
Ability to develop and execute account strategies.
Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and drive sales and margin performance for your territory.
Develop and execute tailored account plans aligned to customer objectives.
Achieve revenue targets through retention and increased share of wallet.
Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, taking corrective action where required.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across Motion’s full product and service offering.
Deliver compelling value propositions that position Motion as a trusted partner.
Partner with sales, product, service, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.
