Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a Hydraulic Customer Relationship Manager in WA to manage key accounts and grow hydraulic solutions. You will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and identify opportunities to deliver value-driven hose, fittings and fluid power solutions.

You will drive sales, margins and retention across your territory, coordinating with internal teams to deliver fit-for-purpose service and solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in external sales or business development.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, hose, fittings or fluid power products.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Understand customer operations and identify hydraulic solution opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans for growth and retention.
• Drive sales, margin and share of wallet within the territory.
• Prepare quotes and proposals demonstrating value of Motion solutions.
