Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately.
• Support external sales team with detailed quotes and account coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control and replenishment.
